If needed, Allenworks can draft a concept design to submit to HOA or other governing bodies who may need to see the project before it is accepted. Others may want to see a drawing to approve the vision of the architects layout and placement. Whatever the case we offer digital or traditional landscape blueprints / artistic renders of a project before the first phase begins. There is a non refundable fee on this service if the job is not accepted or approved.
